What is “free energy”, and what are its implications for a better quality of life?

Free energy is “catch all” term that relates to tapping into the quantum space around us to access some form of energy that we can use, often as electricity. In its fully realized form, one can consider the energy produced as being “free” in that no external resources like petroleum, wind, sun, or water are consumed. So, the “cost” aspect of acquiring usable energy relates only to the initial cost of hardware and installation but not ongoing operation.

The concept of available free energy invites contrasts to the current state of the world:

Abundance versus scarcity (water, food, shelter)
Thrive versus survive
Comfort versus concern
Quality of life versus question of life
Independent versus dependent
Respectful synergy with versus exhaustion of earth

How did the concept of free energy originate, and who were the key figures in its early development?

Let’s concentrate on the period since the start of the industrial revolution. For that, one would need to recognize the late 1800’s as being pivotal, in that that is when the new age of large scale electricity generation and distribution was initiated. The most recognizable name of inventor/leaders in this initial stage include Nikola Tesla.

Tesla and others discovered that not all things they observed could be explained by simple models nor could all observations be measured by available instruments. Tesla proposed a concept he called radiant energy that is considered later to be in the category of free energy.

Why was Nikola Tesla a key contributor to this field?

Tesla was a unique and phenomenal person, especially in the context of the period in which he lived. He possessed a unique combination of creativity, engineering prowess, and the ability to conceptually visualize his inventions at both the component and integrated perspectives so he could fine tune his design concepts in his mind prior to actually building his prototypes to test.

This combination of the ability to conceive of new concepts, whether from extrapolation of prior knowledge, experience, intuition, or consciousness download AND then to be able to reduce those concepts to functional/practical use is rare.

Tesla was able to conceive and develop the practical means of generating and widely distributing alternating current electricity that mostly still used today. His forte certainly related to the various forms and uses of transformers in continuous and pulsed applications as well as motor and generator design.

Tesla also conceived of and tested other ideas of generating electricity from what we would now term free energy or zero-point energy sources. He also posited credible ideas on wireless transmission of energy for both communications and power uses, as well as laying the groundwork for scalar wave technology. Tesla proposed that two types of energy existed in the cosmos: scalar and electromagnetic energy. He believed that scalar energy was the primal force in the universe and could be released from the “ether” or vacuum of space through abrupt discharges of electrostatic potentials.

From thoughts as these, one must imagine that there is something significant beyond the three-dimensional space and linear time that is the tangible and measurable aspects of the world in which we live.

Tesla envisioned several groundbreaking applications for scalar wave technology:

Wireless energy transmission without the need for wires.
Use of scalar waves as a carrier for telecommunications, such as radio.
Powering vehicles through transmitters receiving scalar energy waves of energy transmitted remotely
As weapons

Unfortunately, despite the beneficial potential of these applications, use of scalar wave technology as weapons is likely the one that has seen most funding and implementation focus by unacknowledged special access programs of our and other governments across the world.

How is free energy different from traditional energy sources like fossil fuels and renewables?

Generators are used in all significant A/C electrical power generation today except solar. It takes power to turn the stator of the generators, and the more power that is produced by the generator, the more mechanical power must be supplied to turn it. Most commercial generation systems use steam to provide the mechanical power to turn the stators. The steam is produced by heating water. This is frequently done by burning fossil fuels like coal and natural gas. Heat from nuclear fission is also being used to turn generator turbines as is water as hydroelectric generation. Another approach is use of generators driven by combustion engines, which is generally relegated to backup use in developed areas, but also in remote or less developed areas. These, of course, run on fossil fuels (diesel, gasoline, propane) .

In the ideal free energy or ZPE device, there are no moving parts, so in that way it is similar to solar power generation. In these, a direct current (DC) is produced that can then be converted to alternating (AC) current using the same inverter technology as used in the solar industry. There are also ZPE approaches wherein mechanical power is directly produced that can be used to power traditional generators. This could either be through heat to create steam or ZPE powered combustion engines or turbines.

Sometimes ZPE devices require some external power to operate, however the one necessary metric of a calling a device a “free energy” device is that it produces more power out that what is put in. We call this “over-unity production”.

A tenet of current physics is that one cannot get more energy out than what is put in, so many will not even entertain a discussion of the possibility of zero-point energy. Even with some credible demonstrations, the concept of free energy devices is problematic for most classical physicists and engineers to accept.

There are other interesting observed aspects to ZPE that have been reported, like devices becoming cooler as more power is extracted instead of hotter, and some devices losing weight or levitating.

Generally speaking, what are the different ways in which we could achieve free energy? (over unity, magnetic motors, etc.)

Although there are many approaches, they all tap the same source of infinite potential. Here are some proposed general categories of approaches that have been independently observed to have worked at some time:

Solid state devices attempt to harness ZPE without moving parts:

Casimir Effect Devices: These exploit the Casimir force between closely spaced conductive plates to generate energy. One of the few approaches that are currently scientifically accepted. Recent graphene sheet versions are especially interesting advances on the horizon.

Neutrino-voltaic approaches

Quantum Vacuum Fluctuation Harvesters: Designed to capture energy from quantum fluctuations in the vacuum.

Electron Ratchets: These devices aim to rectify random electron motion caused by ZPE fluctuation.

Photoelectric ZPE Systems attempt to extract energy from the quantum electromagnetic field:

Photo-Carnot Engines: Theoretical devices that could extract work from the quantum vacuum via photonic processes.
Zero-Point Light Collectors: Hypothetical devices designed to collect and convert zero-point photons into usable energy.

Scalar Wave Technologies are based on Tesla’s work and theoretical scalar waves:

Scalar Wave Generators: Devices claimed to produce longitudinal electromagnetic waves that tap into ZPE.
Nonlinear Oscillators: Systems designed to resonate with and amplify scalar wave energy.

Stanley Meyer’s water fuel cell was one of the most famous and controversial water-based energy devices that claim to use water as the only or primary fuel source.

Dune Buggy Demonstration: In 1995, Meyer showcased a dune buggy allegedly powered by his water fuel cell, claiming it could travel over 100 miles on a gallon of water

Mechanism: The device purportedly used electrical resonance to dissociate water molecules, producing a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen (often called “Brown’s gas”).

Hydrodynamic Cavitation: Devices that create cavitation bubbles in water, claiming to produce excess heat or facilitate hydrogen production.

Plasma Electrolytic Water Decomposition: Techniques using plasma to enhance water splitting, claiming higher efficiency than conventional electrolysis.

Brown’s Gas Generators

HHO Generators: Devices producing a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, often claimed to enhance fuel efficiency when added to internal combustion engines.

Low-Energy Nuclear Reaction (LENR)

Atomic nuclei combine to form a heavier nucleus, releasing energy in the process.

ZPE phenomena are used to enable and amplify room temperature fusion as well as potentially forming the fusionable species in the moment

Can you explain what over unity is, and how an over unity device would work?

Over-unity production refers to a metric called the Coefficient of Performance, COP. This is simply the ratio of power produced by a device compared to the power it takes to run it. For electrical devices, power is measured as watts. So, COP = watts out/watts in.

Free energy devices violate the classical laws of thermodynamics that state that you cannot get out more power out than you put in. That means that no device should be able to have a COP greater that 1. The problem is that since there are currently no ways of measuring the energy extracted from the quantum vacuum directly, there is no way to account for the energy coming from there. As a result, free energy devices will always have COP values greater than 1, or “over unity”, sometimes exceeding 100 even much more.

Can you tell us about Zero Point Energy and Quantum Fluctuations?

The zero-point represents the point of the lowest level of energy of our physical world, as is observed at “absolute zero” (-273o C). Here, all atoms exist at their ground states with minimal kinetic energy. Yet, there are still forces and fields at play that maintain the nature of the atoms. These fundamental forces are thrown into a category called “zero-point energy” that exists in the what is called the quantum field or quantum vacuum.

What we think of as empty space is not actually empty. It is teaming with the building blocks of everything that was, is, and will be. The energy of the quantum vacuum is a balanced composite of essential energetic building blocks and potentials that spontaneously pop into and out of our earthly existence of linear time and 3D space. They exist within a context of “fields” or contextual frameworks that most likely includes consciousness itself.

What we typically view as unchanging physical matter may actually be continuously passing back and forth from our 3D reality to and from the quantum vacuum fields, ordered by higher level consciousness; it is just that we do not yet have the tools/instruments to allow us to directly measure/observe it happening directly.

How is it theorized we can capture and convert Zero Point Energy and turn it into usable energy?

The goal of ZPE devices is to tap the infinite energy field of the quantum vacuum in a manner analogous to opening a faucet on your sink to get water.

The underlying principle of tapping zero-point energy is to perturb the quantum field in a purposeful, controlled way that causes either a usable energy force or particle to manifest/materialize so that it can be harvested or to slow down or eliminate the annihilation of randomly materializing particles or forces long enough so that they can be harvested. The perturbing force could be in the form of very fast, high magnitude electrical and/or magnetic pulses (“spikes”), scalar waves, light, etc. in a contained environment. Often combinations of different forms of energetic fields are used for containment and stimulation.

Who are the most notable inventors who have attempted to create free energy devices?

There are many notable pioneers and inventors in the free ZPE device arena. It is worth mentioning that many of them implied that they had gotten inspiration for their devices from downloads or direct communications with non corporeal consciousnesses.

What are some famous free energy devices or machines that have made headlines, and what happened to them?

“Famous” has a necessary element of public awareness about it. Unfortunately there are many credible examples of ZPE devices that are not widely known because they had been suppressed or derailed by government actions before they could become implemented.

One of the most newsworthy is the water combustion engine approach of Stan Meyer. He certainly garnered a fair amount of attention in the press and local news stations. He was effective at publicizing his work. Unfortunately, as with many inventors in the area, he died (stating that he was poisoned as he died outside a restaurant when meeting with whom he thought were investors) during the height of fundraising. It was reported that his lab was raided shortly after his death and that at least some of his equipment and documentation were taken. There is unconfirmed speculation that the those who raided the facility were government agents.

Others include:

Eugene Mallove who was killed in a what was officially described as a robbery. There are claims that essential materials relating to cold fusion disappeared shortly after his death.
Floyd Sweet – his VTA equipment and documents stolen immediately after death
T. Henry Moray – harassed by government, devices and records seized after death. Equipment destroyed by thugs. His work was subject to USPTO Secrecy Order
Joseph Westley Newman- reportedly died of suicide just prior to presenting work and device at meeting

There are also many more inventors with credible inventions who were not famous, whose work was suppressed either through legal means or blatant intimidation.

What is the Invention Secrecy Act and how does this play a role in the quest for free energy?

The Invention Secrecy Act of 1951 (ISA) was established to prevent the disclosure of certain inventions that could pose a risk to national security if released to the public or foreign adversaries. If employees of the USPTO patent secrecy system deem the technology may pose a threat to national security it allows suppression of the patent as well as imposing a Secrecy Order that prevents the inventor from disclosing anything about the technology under penalty of fines and imprisonment.

The fields of technology under which the ISA can be applied include energy production. The act can only be implemented if and when an applicable technology is submitted as a patent application.

Other Tools of Suppression

In addition to the ISA, the US government may also use National Security Letters that are issued by the FBI that can include gag orders to halt further dissemination, commercialization, or development of an invention and even restricting disclosing that the government has approached or restricted the individual, often under threat of legal action.

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) provides the U.S. government with various powers related to defense and national security, including control over certain technologies. Under the NDAA, the government can classify or take control of inventions deemed critical for national security, even if the inventor has not submitted a patent application.

Agencies such as the FBI, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or military branches may raid an inventor’s lab or workshop if they believe the technology poses a security risk. This can happen without a patent being filed, particularly in cases involving technologies related to weapons, energy, or communication. It is not always clear what evidence, test, or oversight is applied before approving such seizures, nor what recourse inventors have if this happens.

Unfortunately, in the past, the definition of “threat to national security” has been highly interpreted as a “threat to the current petroleum-based energy business and natural monopolies of electricity distribution”. So in effect, these legally authorized tools have been used consistently to maintain the current paradigm and its associated businesses and major shareholders and as such have kept free energy technology from the public.

In addition to these established legally-supported tools there are other unofficial approaches that have been used as well, including harassment, intimidation, threat of physical harm, actual physical harm, theft, property destruction, character assassination and manipulation of finances.

Do you think these technologies already exist and are used within covert corporate and/or government programs?

It is a consistent opinion of those knowledgeable of the field that yes, ZPE technologies are known and used in covert government and corporate programs. As part of the official suppression process, even though the inventor may be restricted from working on the concepts, the government is freely able to take advantage of them and develop them further. It is logical to assume that any equipment and documentation seized by the government would be subsequently handed off to government contractors or unacknowledged special access government organizations for research and implementation for their purposes.

How is the concept of consciousness itself related to the invention and reality of free energy?

This is a new and exciting area of investigation. There are many indications that there is some aspect of consciousness involved, whether it be on the part of the inventor, the devices themselves, or some combination of both. The work in this area is even more diffuse and difficult to scientifically test and prove than even that of ZPE devices. Most of developments of theory and operating hypotheses is being intuited and telepathically communicated by non-corporeal consciousnesses.

There has been relevant scientific foundational work by people like William Tiller and his peers. From his and others’ work there is a general acceptance that the mere observation of experiments can influence the results, especially for physical phenomena near the Planck level (subatomic).

Other scientific studies have shown the power of conscious intent (especially in groups) to influence what are normally considered random events. Yet more experiments have shown influence of intent on electronics.

As an organization, we in the ZPEPG believe that the highest technology in the universe is consciousness and that it is important for us as individuals as well as the collective to consistently work on elevating our consciousness.

Why is the science of consciousness integral and central to free energy?

There are several layers related to consciousness and zero-point energy devices. The first is the very fundamental awareness that energy is a key component of how humans exist in the world. Energy is the food by which modern society exists. Yet the way we currently access electrical energy is through a means that is highly entrenched in the fabric of business, politics, and societal structure. It is self-limiting and damaging to the climate in terms of pollution, destruction of landscapes, and global warming. It also has been a tool that has been used to control populations and justify wars.

As such, the current energy paradigm is greatly tied to the ego part of human behavior and consciousness. It manifests a power dynamic of haves and have nots, a growing separation between those who control and benefit most financially from the current energy paradigm and those who consume it.

The very concept of “free energy” is a threat to the current paradigm and therefore to those who control it because it could ostensibly supplant and replace it. In order to moderate the reflexive response of those in control to prevent promulgation of free energy devices, the conscious awareness and acceptance of the vision of a much more balanced, healthier, happier world and people must occur.

If free energy devices become available, how does it promise to transform the paradigm of the reality we live in?

One must understand that transformation of the world we live can be initiated by the availability of free energy, but the true transformation comes from the understanding and appreciation of the consciousness and quantum field from whence it comes.

This understanding and appreciation relates to higher consciousness associated with connecting to the universal consciousness of the quantum field. This is the repository and conduit of communication between all advanced species as well as the well of knowledge that transcends time. Some believe that this is the seat of our individual soul consciousnesses as well as shared consciousness. Although not able to connect as fully to this consciousness as more advanced species, humans are innately able to access so much more than we currently do. As we practice and improve our abilities to do so, a fundamental aspect is the realization that “we are all one” and that all the conflict and controversy we invent through the ego as individuals and tribes is meaningless and blocks us from the higher forms of consciousness, love, and happiness. As our levels of consciousness elevate, we will be able to more easily access the tools and information to more easily and effectively make use of energy from the vacuum.

What are some real-world practical use cases of what this technology could mean to the world and how it would benefit people?

Availability of credible free energy devices can catalyze the next stage of human development on earth as well as in consciousness. This will take time to manifest and integrate across the planet because of differences in the local environments and societal constructs in which people exist.

That being said there are exists many energy-intensive technologies that could be made cost effective and which could significantly improve health, well-being, and many societal issues very quickly after introduction of ZPE technologies. Here is a short list that I hope will stimulate you to imagine some that would be meaningful to you. It is through this visualization of the benefits that we can increase our collective consciousness to encourage development and practical implementation of ZPE devices.

Can you share the Utopian vision of a world where free energy is available to all?

It is difficult to come up with things that could not be improved by access to local, abundant and low cost or free energy considering how much of what we have in the developed world is energy dependent. Also, it is important to realize that much of the conflict and polarization there is in the world is due to control of and/or lack of energy resources. So almost all aspects of life would be improved.

There are so many people in the world who are still struggling to survive due to basic needs such as food, water, and shelter not being met. Some of these people live remotely and do not have access to electrical power that could help. ZPE based free energy could alleviate many of the issues they face and significantly improve their quality of life in a very short time.

In addition, much of the political strife and conflict we face today between peoples and nations has roots in trying to get or maintain resources. Free energy has the promise of eliminating this justification for conflict and war. In the same vein, access to energy is a tool often used to control or manipulate people within regions and nations. Availability of free energy sources could serve to bring people together and free them to manifest their best lives.

It is all tied to increasing our conscious connections and appreciation of our oneness.

So, a reasonable vision of a world with after the transition is one where we are no longer restricted and controlled due to lack of free and available energy. It is a world where most of the conflict between countries and cultures has eased or dissipated, where cooperation and communion are ubiquitous, where there is a general awareness and appreciation that we are all one as a species and that there are other species in the universe with whom we can co-create and manifest even more joy. In this transformed world, love forms the basis of our collective shared experience.

What challenges would we face while transitioning to this new reality?

There are many challenges related to promulgation of ZPE energy technology.

An often-disregarded barrier to transitioning through disruptive change is resistance from established communities of science and technology. They are acutely aware of the risk to their reputation and livelihood if they get on board too early. Unfortunately instead of just standing on the sidelines, they often choose to strongly object and take measures to actively block communication and discourse. Those able to participate in the change are actually motivated and excited in the rapidly unfolding ZPE-related theory and welcome the possibility to participate. Since people rely on scientists and engineers to provide validation and perspective on these things, it is important to accept that the scientific and technical community are an important component in the promulgation of any vetted ZPE approach and should be provided encouragement, support and information to facilitate their understanding and reduce their fears and reflexive ad-hoc rejections.

There are of course also socio-economic hurdles to transitioning to a ZPE based energy paradigm. “Drill baby drill” will need to change to “phryll baby phryll” (phryll is a term associated with health related energy fields). Jobs and livelihoods that are associated with petroleum based energy will reduce considerably and this will impact many people for a generation or two. There is a natural fear, confusion and a lag associated with any disruptive change like this. The impact felt by individuals can be devastating and any worthwhile transition plan would need to address this.

On the up side, there certainly will be plenty of opportunity for new business and job creation. That would include manufacturing, installation, and servicing of any ZPE device. For example, retrofitting of installed generators and wired systems to use ZPE based technologies. Even established energy providers would benefit shifting their business model ZPE paradigm and retrofitting the existing infrastructure.

There are also legal issues – primarily tied to the natural monopoly and safety-based paradigm we have today. Using the solar power industry as an model, one will realize that it takes time and effort to update rules and regulations to match any new paradigm. These rules and regulations are often region specific, so a plan to help municipalities and regulating bodies learn about and accommodate ZPE approaches in the same way many have done for solar can help minimize the time for larger scale implementation.

Another potential barrier to acceptance of ZPE technologies can be organized religions if they perceive a threat from the tangential related concepts. The belief of a non-secular consciousness and an acceptance of the existence of myriad other species of higher consciousness can conflict with many of the tenets of some organized religions. In addition, many religions rely on the misery experienced by people in life to attract them to the religion in the hope of getting an improved life on earth or thereafter. The promise of free energy to relieve much of the current suffering would necessarily reduce that motivation and the concept of a quantum consciousness coupled with perpetual soul consciousness removes the largest people control construct used by some religions; hell.

In what ways will promulgation of ZPE technologies impact people on a personal level?

The availability and implementation of free energy in the world will represent not only a means to heal the earth but will also herald a tangible elevation of human consciousness. Humans are a unique and powerful species on a quickly-evolving path to higher consciousness and connection with other higher-level consciousnesses. As individuals with individual consciousnesses within the cosmic consciousness, we are granted free will as a gate to higher level consciousness. By choosing a path that serves your highest good your consciousness levels up in a permanent way while simultaneously raising the collective consciousness of our species.

We as individuals make decisions in each moment. Choices that serve your highest good require connection to your soul consciousness and trust of intuition it provides as well as guidance from benevolent trusted higher consciousnesses that are here to guide you. It is extremely helpful to have a positive vision of the future that you can emotionally connect with. This then becomes a tangible/familiar reference that you can use whenever having to make decisions that are difficult, helps you endure difficult times by reminding you that they are transient, and they help manifest the vision by helping focus the universal power of conscious intention (law of attraction = principle of creation).

Improvements in health, happiness for us as well as our beautiful planet are all possible through availability of free energy.

Individuals can prepare by regularly meditating, maintaining true self-reliance, an open mind, an open heart, by staying informed, and by maintaining a positive vision and hope for the future.
